Pay Online

Visit Water Bill Payment to pay using a check, savings, credit, or debit card. First-time users must register; after that, payments are completed in three simple steps. You can:

• Pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay (Auto-Pay setup is online only)
• View your bill and payment history
• Print receipts and past bills
• Opt out of paper bills to help save resources

Note: Convenience fees apply—$1.00 for checking/savings payments, and 2.75% (+$0.50 if under $100) for credit/debit card payments.

Download “MyCiviv Utilities” from the App Store® or Google Play™. If you registered online first, use those login credentials.

Pay by Phone

Call 1-877-868-5949 to pay by phone. Have your bill and account number ready. First-time callers must register; future payments require only four quick steps.
